Tricky Floor Plan

This was a floor plan with multiple entrances and architectural elements that could not be moved. It is a long and skinny room with a lot of great square footage that was difficult to put good use too. 

The client and I discussed several different floor plans that could work for this space and ultimately decided on creating a seating area on the back wall with two sofas, one covering the stationary side of the sliding glass door. The two armchairs are swivel so they can sit by themselves next to the fireplace, or be incorporated into the two sofa seating area. 

Overall, there is great seating and cohesive design for this space of gathering.
